Terms and Conditions
1. Dates/Terms/Eligibility:
The Vistara 2024 promotion begins April 8, 2024 and ends on June 30, 2024. Only Vistara air bookings made by agents located in the United States for air tickets to any Vistara destination through their GDS are eligible for the grand prize and the additional prizes as a result of the promotion. The contest is open only to U.S. agents that are in good standing with Vistara. Void where prohibited.
2. How to enter:
Travel agents opt into the Vistara 2024 promotion by registering on vistara.agentworld.com. Booking must be made from April 8, 2024, through June 30, 2024 will be entered to win the grand prize or the additional prizes. All bookings must be actualized by September 30, 2024.
Eligibility for Prizes:
Agents that opt in and make a booking on vistara.agentworld.com by June 30, 2024 will be entered to win the grand prize.
3. Prizes:
Grand Prize – Any agent who registers on the Vistara promotion platform, makes a booking, plays the daily game, or completes the crossword is eligible for the random drawing. One winner will be selected to win a $1,000 Visa gift card.
Additional prizes - Any agent who registers on the Vistara promotion platform, makes a booking, plays the daily game, or completes the crossword is eligible for the random drawing. Three winners will be selected to win a $100 Visa gift card.
All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $1,000 USD. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Additional Prizes are $100 USD each ($300 total).
4. Selection of Winner
The grand prize winner will be notified on or about June 15, 2024. If the selected agent entered the promotion with an eligible booking, this agent must provide an itinerary that was booked on Vistara Airlines from April 8, 2024, through June 30, 2024. This itinerary must be actualized by September 30, 2024. The winner will be notified by e-mail and required to respond with their mailing address within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent to claim his/her/their prize. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and selection of alternative winner. All prizes and drawings for this Promotion will be conducted by Sponsor's agent, Discover the World in Scottsdale, AZ ("Agent"), whose decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaways. If potential winners do not respond, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Terms, prize will be forfeited, and at Sponsor's discretion and an alternate entrant may be notified.
In the case where an agent can be contacted within ten (10) days, but unable to provide a valid booking, an alternative prize of $25 gift card will be awarded to the agent. Up to ten (10) Alternative Prizes will be awarded. All random drawings will cease once a Grand Prize winner is located and able to provide valid booking details. All prizes and drawings for this Promotion will be conducted by Sponsor's agent, Discover the World in Scottsdale, AZ ("Agent"), whose decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaways. If potential winners do not respond, and if the Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Terms, prize will be forfeited, and at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate entrant may be notified.
5. Conditions for the Vistara 2024 promotion:
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. Vistara reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of the Vistara 2024 promotion without notice in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event or to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable.
Winner must be an agent in good standing with Vistara and at least 25 years of age and a legal U.S. resident.
By participating in this promotion, the winner grants the promoters permission to use their name and likeness on the vistara.agentworld.com and usa.agentworld.com website and for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensations (except where prohibited).
Winner is liable for any tax liability accruing as a result of this promotion. This promotion is void where prohibited. Entrants must be part of a valid travel agency and it is the entrant's responsibility to update Vistara of any change in their travel agency. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize is permitted by any winner. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Vistara, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this promotion.
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Vistara, the sponsors, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in this promotion, or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the promotion or acceptance, receipt use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, incidental, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This promotion is void where prohibited.
6. Winners’ names:
For the names of the prize winners, send an email to Vistara@us-sales.com. The winners’ names will be sent when the promotion is over, and the prizes are awarded. Requests for the winners’ names must be received by August 15, 2024.
